Planning a Fruit Display or Watermelon Bowl

Fruit displays and watermelon bowls give guests a colorful, lighter option next to cupcakes and other sweets. They work well at weddings, showers, graduations, church events and summer cookouts.

How it works

Fruit displays are planned around your guest count, from about 30 to 100 people
You can buy your own fruit and we will tell you the amounts needed, or we can do the shopping for a fee
If we shop, receipts are shared the day before your event and payment for the fruit is due then
A refundable deposit is required on display equipment
Fruit displays can be delivered; a delivery fee applies outside Hope

Fruit pairs well with sweets, so many hosts add a fruit display next to cupcakes, dipped strawberries and cake pops for a balanced table.

See the fruit display, watermelon bowl and fruit tray listings for options, and read our fruit display planning guide.
